2011 was another Fantastic year for DFA full of amazing productions, Street Performances & Inspiring workshops led by

	UDO WORLDS Street Dance Championships - 24th-26th August 2012 DFA CREW Regional Newcomer Street Dance Champions went off to UDO Worlds in Blackpool on 24th-26th August 2012. Being No.1's Suthern regional winners this was a great chance to show of DFA's talent at infront of the whole of UK's top compertition. A great time was had by all, and will be back again next year to bigger and better then ever!
	DFA Presents "TIMELINE" - 15th July 2012 This summer DFA worked for months to bring an amazing show; TimeLine is a Dynamic Dance Production which takes us back to the 60's Era through to present day with dance styles from Lindy Hop to Hip Hop. The music will be enjoyed by all, young or old and will take you on a journey down memory lane & back again to the here & now!! The show is now avaliable to purchace on DVD while stocks last.
	DFA Christmas Show - 3rd December 2011 As a finish to 2011, DFA Dance Company put on yet another fantastic show sharing what they had been learning in class. They entertained all and celebrated their achievements with family and friends.
	PERIDOT, PAVILION DANCE - 12th November 2011 DFA Crew was selected as one of the top crews in Bournemouth to perform in this event.
	FIREWORKS PERFORMANCE - 5th November 2011 DFA Crew was invited to take part in 3 performances on this date. They were as spectacular as the fireworks with their explosive dancing. They showcased their fabulous Talentcall Semi-Finals routine for the 1st performance, their brilliant Talentcall Finals routine for the 2nd performance and showed off their fantastic free styling for their 3rd and final performance.
	Talentcall Grand Final - 29th October 2011 DFA Crew, now also know as DFA Crew (Crème de la Crème), smashed the semi-finals and earnt their place in the Grand Final!! As described by Talentcall Facebook page “DFA Energetic Dance Group” … they were on fire!!!
	DFA AUDITIONS – 28TH OCTOBER 2011 DFA held their annual auditions looking to recruit strong dancers to join their existing Crews.
	STREET JAM 2 – 22nd October 2011 Street Jam was back! Yet another Night of Pure Entertainment. Showcasing the talents of some of Bournemouth & Southampton’s finest DJ’s, MC's, Dance Crews, Beat boxers and Singers. EVERYONE was talking about it!!
	SPECIALIST STREET LOCKING WORKSHOP WITH THE LEGENDARY ‘JIMMY WILLIAMS’ 22nd October 2011 STREET JAM 2 presented ‘JIMMY WILLIAMS' from Pineapple dance studios, which, for the 1st time came to Bournemouth to deliver a “Specialist Workshop in Street Locking”.
	FREESTYLING JAM - Saturday 8th October 2011 DFA Crew entertained at Skinner Street Church with their Semi-Final Talentcall winning piece. A great time was had by all!
	DFA Auditions – 30th September 2011 Auditions for DFA Crew took place at Fitspace, Bournemouth and DFA are pleased to welcome their Crew members.
	LIGHT NIGHT PERFORMANCE – 24th September 2011 As part of Bournemouth’s Arts Festival, DFA Crew was invited to perform along side other crews in V-Club, Bournemouth. They showcased their new Talentcall mix wowing others at just how good they have become!
	Boscombe Festival, Kings Park - 10th September 2011 DFA Crew was invited to perform at Boscombe Festival. It was a 3day event which showcased bands, Graffiti artists and dancers. The Crew entertained with their Talentcall routine.
	Talentcall Semi-Finals – 7th September 2011 “wild card” and found themselves in the Semi-Finals of Talentcall! All the guys worked hard through-out the summer holidays and it paid off!! DFA Crew were in the FINALS OF Talentcall 2011!!
	Rendezvous Festival, Kings Park – 30th August 2011 DFA Crew was invited to join the Rendezvous Festival organised by the Bournemouth Youth Service. They pleased the crowds with their excellent free styling skills
	Pavilion Dance Performance (Bournemouth Air Festival) – 23rd August 2011 DFA Crew entertained on the Terraces of Pavilion Dance to celebrate Bournemouth Annual Air Festival.
	STREET JAM' – 30th July 2011 DFA`STREET JAM' is A Live Entertainments Event showcasing the talents of Dj's, Mc's, Dance Crews and Graffiti Artists (some of the finest up and coming talents!). DJ's on the night were DJ Junk, DJ Finewax (from Second to None Bboy Crew), DJ Michael French, DJ X-Rated (SPECIALIST SCRATCH DJ) and beat boxer Spitzaphonix. DANCE Crew Black Sole entertained with their performance from the show MOVE-E, DFA Crew showcased their Talentcall mix plus the kids from 4-Elementz Summer School showed us their routine that they had learnt! We also had visiting local crew Infectious showing us how fabulous they are too!! Another part of the event was the `FREESTYLE JAM' with a difference … “No Winners – No Losers - No Pressure - Just pure entertainment”. The Event was hosted by JAY RACHET (Fire Radio).
	Meyrick Park Family Festival – 28th July 2011 DFA Crew entertained the crowds with their Talentcall mix. A great time was had by all!!
	4 Elementz Summer School, Lighthouse: 26th–29th July 2011 4 ELEMENTZ of Hip Hop Culture SUMMER SCHOOL took place introducing HIP HOP DANCE DJing MCing Graffiti Art. After its success in 2009 the 4 Elementz Summer School was back at the `Lighthouse’ from Tuesday 26th July to Friday 29th July 2011. The summer school looked at all the different elements of Hip Hop with the DJing day taking place at “Meyrick Park Family Festival”.
	‘MOVE-E’, Lighthouse - 23rd July 2011 DFA brought us another explosive dance production of flavoursome footwork and film. Taking inspiration from motion pictures of the last five decades, the company brought the cinema screen to the live stage and delivered a dynamic performance of Urban Dance.
	Talentcall Heats - 11th July 2011 DFA took part in Talentcall. This being the largest variety talent competition for amateurs in the South. The competition uses independent judges all coming from within the entertainment business.
